This could be the softest, lightest scarf you will ever make.
When I first saw Ecopuno yarn in white I immediately thought of light, fluffy snow. Snowflakes melt in your hand and this yarn seems to do the same.
I began to conceive snowflakes, large and small, fashioned from tiny eyelets. But I found all the options for creating eyelets disappointing. Needing them to be symmetrical, I created my own unique stitch. So, as you work this pattern, you’ll learn the new James’ Symmetrical Eyelet stitch.
And you’ll discover that this blend of the softest cotton with merino and alpaca is remarkable. What makes it so remarkable is the fact that it is 75% cotton, but you’re sure to believe it is entirely merino and alpaca. It is like knitting with air, when the air is filled with delicate snowflakes.
