Return Policy
All return requests are reviewed and, upon authorization, a Return Authorization Number and a mailing label will be emailed to you. All returns must use the shipping label provided.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) by James Cox Knits, it (they) will be reviewed within 4 business days. If the item(s) comply with our return policy, we will issue a credit, minus our restocking fee, to the credit card or debit card used for the original purchase.
Regularly priced, non-sale items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange, provided items are unused, returned in their original condition, in their original packaging and comply with all terms of the James Cox Knits Return Policy.
A restocking fee of $15 will be applied to returns for an exchange or refund for each sweater.
A restocking fee of $7.50 will be applied to returns for an exchange or refund for each accessory.
If you are exchanging a product, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase, and you will need to purchase the replacement product on our website as a new transaction.
James Cox Knits only pays shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong product. If you have ordered the wrong size or have decided not to proceed with the knitting project that you have purchased, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. On all returns for which you are responsible for shipping costs, we advise you to consider a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Skeins of yarn that have been wound into balls or that have been returned without their labels are not returnable.
All printed patterns and row checkers are not returnable.
Gift cards are not refundable.
It may take some processing time on the part of your bank or credit card company before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you experience a delay in receiving a refund, first contact your bank, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@jamescoxknits.com.
