This designer knitting pattern is worked sideways to create a wrap with long bands of color that caress you. It is worked in stockinette and simple purl ridges that join the bands. How’s that for easy does it?
Designer Knitting Pattern Zoë was created for 100% fine virgin merino. It is worked sideways—end to end. Then an attached I-cord is added to provide the finishing touch. Zoë was inspired by Zauberperlen, a unique yarn that comes in a ring of seven mini balls. The yarn for each ball is plied to create a series of gradations from one color to the other. The wrap is designed with bands of color worked in stockinette and joined with a ridge of purl. So, indulge in a project that provides meditative knitting, and a finished wrap that embodies playful colorwork.
