The James Cox Knits designer knitting pattern collection includes garments, accessories and housewares. All of James’ knitting patterns start as a design concept inspired by fashion trends, or what people are wearing on the street. Then paired with a beautiful yarn that will bring the concept to life.
"I'm drawn to the way James pairs his special yarns with his patterns. It's like one plus one equals three."~ Marilyn K.

Francis Crewneck Pullover Designer Knitting Pattern
Regular price $ 15.00This fingering weight yarn is a very light and very special blend. It is mostly cool, soft cotton, that has been enhanced with a bit of wool to give it resilience. Plus, cashmere to add a luxurious glow. It provides clear stitch definition and has a delightful hand when knitting, because while being cotton based it knits like wool. And last but not least the color variegations include some subtle touches to elevate the sophistication of your finished work.
The sleeves and body are knitted separately in stockinette, then sewn together to create a classic crewneck. Both the upper body and sleeves are worked flat from the top down to the bottom of the armhole. Then the lower body and sleeves are worked in the round from the armhole to the cuff and hem. Tackle this modern version of a classic sporty sweater and you’re sure to have a homerun.

“James taught me to use knitting as my daily meditation. I’m still an overworked restauranteur, but one that has more patience and less stress.”
