Buy this kit and knit the Chloe Cowl as James envisioned it when he created this designer knitting pattern. With Chloe take the next step and learn how to work 4-stitch cables without a cable needle. The rather simple cables are combined to create a column of pinwheels. So, the Chloe Cowl is doubly rewarding – cables and pinwheels. Cast on and work in the round fashioning columns of pinwheels on a ground of stockinette. It’s a modern take on classic stitches.

THE YARN
Ecopuno - 75% Cotton, 17% Merino, 11% Alpaca - 235 yards/215 meters - 50 grams - DK weight

This yarn is a very light, remarkable blend of alpaca and soft merino wool wrapped with micro threads of cotton. It has excellent stitch definition with the elasticity and bounce of animal fibers. Yet, it is mostly cotton–almost unbelievable. So, if in the past you have not enjoyed working with cotton, this yarn will surely change your mind.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Gauge: 22 sts = 4"/10 cm in stockinette, washed and blocked

Check your gauge before and after blocking to monitor the gauge as you knit and to match the dimensions when blocking.
