About This Design
This design was created for Lana Grossa’s Diversa, a light DK blend of cotton and viscose. Rows of open drop stitches enhance Tracey’s light, airy quality. Worked from the top down in one piece, you can easily check the fit—shoulders, chest, sleeves, length as you knit. It’s the perfect pattern for a light summer sweater or for layering in the fall or spring.

Haven’t knitted a top-down sweater before? Don’t worry. Here’s a free, printable PDF of top-down knitting instructions.

Stitch-SaverTM Row Checker

"It is hard to make a mistake with our unique complimentary Row Checker. It helps you keep track of stitch count row-by-row for each section of the pattern, plus all increase and decrease shaping. With check off boxes for each row you can put this project aside for a week, a month or a year and return to the exact spot where you stopped."
~ James

The Yarn
Lana Grossa’s Diversa – 74% cotton, 26% viscose. This cotton blend feels great in your hands and is easy to knit. It relaxes as you wear it and drapes nicely. If you’ve resisted knitting with cotton, you may fall in love Diversa.
