ABOUT THIS DESIGN
This timeless design is a perfect example of simple, carefree knitting. The scarf is worked sideways in garter stitch. All you do is knit from the first stitch to the last. And cutting the yarn after each row creates fringe on both ends. Plus, the pattern includes a simple StitchSaver™ row checker to keep track of where you are. So, you can set this project aside for a week, a month or a year, then come back and start right where you left off. Doesn’t that sound pleasant?

THE YARN
Merino 6 - 100% Superfine Merino Wool – 135 yards, 50 grams 
This high-quality merino yarn is designed to be extra smooth as well as soft. A six ply, high twist, washable yarn with loft and stretch, so it’s not only easy to care for, but also to knit.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Gauge: 15 stitches x 37 rows = 4”/10cm on US 8/5mm needles in garter stitch washed and blocked

Check your gauge before and after blocking to monitor tension and match dimensions.
