This designer knitting pattern features the magic knot. So, you can introduce dashes of color spontaneously without creating numerous yarn tails to be worked in when finishing your new sweater.

Complimentary StitchSaver™ Row Checker

Designer Knitting Pattern
This designer knitting pattern is worked from the top down in one piece with raglan sleeves. It incorporates the magic knot technique to introduce dashes of color spontaneously over the entire sweater. Each dash begins and ends by joining two strands of yarn with a knot that does not come untied, appears only as a tiny bump and does not leave yarn tails to be worked in. Since Merlin is worked top down, you can make the length of the body and sleeves suite your own personal style. Then two pockets along with an attached neck and button band finish off your new creation.

Testimonials

Sophisticated, elegant, stylish, chic. After seeing James’ collection, I may give up needlepoint.

These designs take men's sweaters to a whole new level of luxury and deliciousness. Might have to get a new man once my divorce goes through, just so I can knit him a James Cox Knits sweater.
