FREE UNIQUE ROW CHECKER
How about a contemporary take on the cable sweater? This casually elegant piece in a cashmere, merino and silk blend yarn incorporates single cables down the center of the chest, back and each sleeve. Set against a field of stockinette, and worked using the intarsia technique, the result is a multi-season sweater that can be worn from fall to spring. Comprised of four pieces, front, back, and two sleeves, each worked top down and with German short rows to shape the neck, the result is a project that is rewarding in more ways than one. The knitting is interesting, and the outcome is luxurious.
